Resort Information
Additional In-Room Amenities:
Should you need anything during your stay such as additional duvets, pillows, towels, travel cot or high chair, please do not hesitate to contact reception.
Check-out time:
We really don’t want to see you go, however all good things must come to an end. We kindly ask that you vacate your bedroom by 11am.If you wish to check out later or extend your stay we ask that you contact reception to arrange. Late check out is subject to availability on the day and charges will apply.
Emergencies
Medical assistance: Should you require medical assistance please contact reception. The closest A&E Department is Glan Clwyd Hospital, and is approximately 15 minutes away.
Fire
Please familiarise yourself with the fire instructions and directions to your nearest emergency exit/ fire assembly point, details of which can be found on the back of your bedroom door. Should you require assistance in an emergency situation, please contact the Reception team who will complete a personal evacuation plan with you.
Luggage Storage:
Should you require assistance with your luggage or for us to hold your luggage for a while, please contact reception. Luggage storage is complimentary for all guests.
Smoking, Vaping and e-Cigarettes:
Please be aware that by law, smoking and vaping is not allowed in any part of the resort. The designated smoking area is to the right hand side of the main entrance, or outside the Sports Bar & Grill. If you smoke or vape in the room, you will be liable to pay a deep cleaning charge.Our fire detectors are highly sensitive to smoke and vape mist – this may activate the fire alarm. Do not tamper with lifesaving equipment including smoke detectors and fire extinguishers. If you are suspected of doing so you will be required to leave the resort with immediate effect.
Sustainability:
As a company we are serious about reducing our carbon footprint. We have taken measures behind the scenes to support this, however we also ask for your assistance whilst staying with us.
Towels:
By using your towels again, you help us to ensure a cleaner and better environment.
Electricity:
We kindly ask that your turn off the lights when you leave your room
Water:
Please fill the basin, rather than allowing water to run freely.
Recycling:
Please keep all paper, cardboard and plastic separate and our housekeeping team will ensure they are placed in the recycling bin.

Breakfast
Start your day the right way and enjoy a freshly prepared buffet breakfast. Choose from a selection of hot breakfast items, fresh fruits, cold cuts, cheese, yoghurts, pastries, breads and accompaniments, cereals, juice and tea and coffee. Gluten free, non-dairy, vegetarian and vegan items are available.
Breakfast is served Monday to Friday from 7.00am to 10.00am. Saturday and Sunday from 8.00-10.00am.
The charge for breakfast is £14.95 and Children £8.95

Indulge in culinary bliss at our vibrant restaurant, where every dish is a celebration of flavour.
Eat and drink from exquisite appetizers to mouth watering main courses and decadent desserts, after dinner cocktails, speciality wine list and delicious Welch drinks menu, we promises an unforgettable dining experience.
